SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rob’s Rods N Reels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Returns

- Due to the nature of used gear, all sales are final unless the item is significantly different from its description, or the item is non-functional and this was not disclosed.

- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
